Our commitment to accessibility

Bequeathed takes the accessibility of our MyIntent website very seriously and we are committed to making it usable by all people, whatever their abilities or disabilities. Our ongoing site development and content creation is guided by best-practice accessibility guidelines such as WCAG 2.1 and ISO 30071-1.

Adapt your experience to your needs

While MyIntent has been created to be usable ‘as is’, some people are likely to get the most accessible experience by customising their computer to suit their individual needs – for example: to get the site spoken to them, to change its colour-scheme, or increase the size of its text.

If that sounds like it would be useful to you, we recommend you click on this link to WAI’s Better Web Browsing: Tips for Customizing your Computer to find information on how these customisations (achieved by using accessibility features already on your computer, phone, or tablet, or through installing assistive technologies) might suit you.

If you have any difficulties customising the site to your needs, please email [email protected] or use the chat function.

Let us know if you have difficulties

If you find anything on the site difficult to use please contact us.

To help us quickly understand your difficulty, it will help us if you provide the information advised at this link to Contacting Organisations about Inaccessible Websites in your request.

All constructive feedback about the accessibility or usability of this Website is welcome and will be carefully considered.

This statement was last updated in June 2025 and follows the advice on accessibility statements in ISO 30071-1.
