Bequeathed is a Professional Fundraiser. It is registered with the Fundraising Regulator.

Subject to our Terms, Conditions and Policies, consumers who register to become our user through a link provided to them by a participating charity may use MyIntent to record their instructions and instruct a Legal Advisor. The Legal Advisor will prepare a Will whether or not the user chooses to pledge a gift in their Will or make an online donation to charity.

Our charity customers pay a fixed annual fee to Bequeathed relating to the promotion and operation of the MyIntent service. Consumers they introduce to the Website who register via the charity's landing page on our Website pay no fee to Bequeathed or to the Legal Advisor for the preparation of their Basic Will.

The full amount of your charitable legacy will be paid to any charity or charities that you may choose to leave a legacy to.
